Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, highly self-motivated and full-time car detailer to join
our busy car storage business in Stratford upon Avon.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing vehicles for storage induction & departure in line with established company procedures.
- Completing full detailing of customer vehicles, including safe-wash decontamination, corrective machine polishing, protective wax / sealant coating application and interior/engine/wheel cleaning.
- Maintenance of detailing studio: managing product stock levels, ensuring cleanliness of working environment and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensuring vehicle forms are completed accurately and filed accordingly.
- Representing the company to customers and stakeholders remotely and in person.
- Covering the car storage site manager during periods of absence.
- Regular valeting of company fleet.
- Occasional valeting / detailing of client vehicles at the home or workplace.
- At least 2 years previous detailing experience.
- Experience using machine polishing tools and related detailing equipment and accessories.
- Experience, appreciation & encyclopaedic knowledge of high performance and high worth vehicles.
- A flexible can-do attitude with behaviours that deliver the highest levels of customer care.
- Initiative, resourcefulness and self-motivation; able to prioritise, multi-task and creatively problem solve.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and comfortable to work independently without supervision in equal measure.
- A completer finisher with an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Excellent time keeping skills to complete tasks and projects in time often under pressure.
- Diligent, annoyingly punctual, Toyota reliable & super trustworthy.
- Courteous, personable and well presented.
- Clean driving license with an extensive no claims history essential (B+E towing license and driver’s CPC beneficial).
- A background in vehicle detailing and bodyshop operations preferable.
- Experience of vehicle wrapping, window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) fitment beneficial.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, highly self-motivated and full-time transporter driver to
join our busy car storage business in Stratford upon Avon.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for nationwide single vehicle logistics of high worth cars owned by internal storage customers and external private / trade clients, using a single vehicle enclosed transporter (up to 3.5t).
- Occasional cross channel European trips and national trade plate driven journeys may be required.
- Extrication and recovery of running and non-running vehicles (drag & winch).
- Ensuring thorough completion of daily inspection reports and strict compliance with working time and driving hours regulations.
- Ensuring accurate completion and filing of condition reports and proof of delivery / collection records.
- Ensuring the use of vehicle transit protection packs and willingness to process secure mobile card payments.
- Pride and responsibility for the appearance and condition of your truck and tow, ensuring they are both clean and presentable inside and out at all times.
- Supporting the Transport Manager with fleet maintenance requirements (tachograph calibrations, routine servicing, VOSA safety inspections and nonscheduled repairs).

- Spatially aware with extensive prior experience transporting high value performance, classic and prestige cars.
- Experience, appreciation & encyclopaedic knowledge of high performance and high worth vehicles.

- Initiative, resourcefulness and self-motivation; able to prioritise, multi-task and creatively problem solve.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and comfortable to work independently without supervision in equal measure.
- Comfortable working at unsociable times and a willingness to work out of hours often at short notice.
- Diligent, annoyingly punctual, Toyota reliable & super trustworthy.
- Courteous, personable and well presented.
- Clean driving license with B+E towing rights and an extensive no claims history essential. You will also possess a driver’s CPC and tachograph card.
